Can I track my order?

Sadly you can't track your order at the moment but we plan to add it soon. You can still check the order status in my orders page.

Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

We may offer discounts for bulk orders or wholesale purchases. Please contact our sales team or customer support for more information.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations are subject to order status and may not always be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept COD (Cash On Delivery) and Hmeeza website wallet, more payment method will come soon.

How do I place an order?
