Once we receive the returned item, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process the return and issue an online refund or exchange.
If you are returning a product due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns for most products, but certain items, such as gift cards or digital downloads, are non-returnable for obvious reasons.
To initiate a return, log in to your account, go to the "Orders" section, find the order containing the item you want to return, click "View", and click on "Ask For A Refund." in either one product or the whole order. Follow the instructions provided to complete the return process.
We offer a hassle-free return policy within 48 days of delivery. We ONLY offer refunds/exchange in case the product you purchased is broken or miss any part, you can initiate a return and receive a full refund as website wallet, coupon or exchange.
